EXHIBIT: Primavera ~ A Season for Creating the Future ​​

SHOW STATEMENT: ​

Primavera is the beginning of Spring and the changing of seasons. The rebirth of flora and fauna starts and new beginnings blossom all around us. Rejoice as the Spring palette invites us to create and cultivate a bright future.

DEADLINES & DATES: 

• Online Submission: 3/25/25 at 6 pm (Artists will be notified by March 27th)

• Drop off: Saturday, March 29th from 11 am-3 pm

• Pick up: TBA 

• Fees: None 

• Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

LIMITATIONS: 

• Eligibility: Open to CHAC Artists 

• Theme: Art inspired by Primavera (Spring)

•  Submission Limit: Artists may submit up to 2 pieces. Please note that depending on the number of entries received, we may only be able to accept 1 piece per person

• Presentation: All submitted works must be ready for hanging (wired, etc. no sawtooth)

• Art must be family-friendly 

• All entries must be for sale

• Hanging art size limit: 3’x3’

• CHAC will take 30% of the commission 

• Repeat art may not accepted

SHOW RULES: 

Liability and Responsibility, CHAC and its partners will take reasonable care in...

1. Handling all entries but will not assume liability for loss or damage

2. A signed waiver is required for all entries

3. Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

4. Art submissions may be used by CHAC for promotion
